Standard Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase. Total time from order to delivery is typically production time + shipping time combined.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated timelines above, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us at info@note-notofthisearth.com and we'll look into it for you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to correct it before it ships.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, as this is often where missing packages turn up. If you still can't locate it after 5 business days, contact us and we'll help investigate.
